My DSi came with system menu 1.2u and when I tried updating I had a network error that canceled the update. Feb 2010 Update
I successfully accessed the shop (well, it fully connected) before I did the new update. It was pretty fast so I suspect it only updates one title (or several small titles ;)). Wack0 10:02, 19 February 2010 (UTC)
