Pictochat, included with all Nintendo DS systems, is a simple chat software capable of sending text and hand drawn pictures.

Pictochat has a range of about 40 feet, and while it may not do much good in everyday use, it can be alot of fun in a large room w/ hundreds of people on pictochat.
