Flipnote Studio

Flipnote Studio is a DSiWare app. It can be used to make sheet-by-sheet animations. There is a lightbox feature to help make sure your animations are smooth. You can even use it to load homebrew (using the Flipnote Lenny or Ugopwn exploits)!
