I'm the author of nzoneurlstacksmash. I'm the same Yellows8 from Wiibrew. Hopefully in a month in August someone may capture Germany NZone AP beacons and other things. A list of NZone locations is available here, if anyone is able to capture the beacons before then in July contact me on my talk page.
