Changelog
- Blocks flash cards, except for iEvo. iEvo still works in both DS and DSi mode.

- System Settings was updated, it's unknown what changed. A bunch of banner code was changed, launcher/sysmenu might have the same banner code changes? No data management DSiWare SD card import/export code was changed very much.
