My programming skillz are sadly not very up to snuff. One project I would absolutely love to see on the Wii is an [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sierra's_Creative_Interpreter SCI] emulator. The old Sierra point-and-click adventure games are perfect for the ~~Wii, and if ScummVM can do it for LucasArts, I don't see why someone can't do it for Sierra games~~. Unfortunately, the best SCI emulator out in the wild is FreeSCI, which currently only covers SCI0 games, which are all parser-based rather than point-and-click.

I~~'d love to do it~~, ~~but it's been years since I've done any serious programming~~ and I'~~d have no idea what I'm doing. Aside from thinking up cutesy names like Siiera or Wiiera~~.

I got a DSi for Christmas this year (2009), and having enjoyed homebrew on my Wii for over a year, I can't wait to get a homebrew channel on my DSi as well.

My hat goes off to all the hardworking people who've put together the Wii & DSi Homebrew communities.
