dumpTool is a utility that can dump the NAND of a DSi system to a file on an SD card. It can then be used with emulators or with hiyaCFW to create an SDNAND on the system.
Instructions
All you have to do is launch the application then press A and wait. once it's done backing up your NAND you can press Start to shutdown your System.
